Can your booths run without an attendant?

Once you setup a Stacker EXTREME BOOTH ™ the software and booth is self sufficient. However, we recommend having an attendant to set up the unit, engage attendees, change photo media (if needed), and then pack up the unit at the end of the event.

Does it print different print sizes?

Yes it can print;

  • (2) 2×6 strips that cut automatically
  • 4×6 print
  • 5×7 print
  • 6×8 print

You can choose to print one copy per session or multiple copies per session, you can even setup the facial recognition to print a copy for every face it recognizes in the photo!


What expenses will I incur while operating the booth?

The print cost is between $0.12  and $.018 per (1) 4×6  print or (2) 2×6 strips, your media cost will depend on the length of your rental and how many prints you choose to print per session however, on average media cost should range between $15 to $30 per event.  You may also incur additional expenses such as  labor cost for your attendant or if you would like to purchase custom  graphic artwork for your prints and screen shots.

How many events will it take to recapture my investment?

Photo booth event pricing ranges between $500 to $1200 per event, this depends on the rental time as well as what your current local market will support. You could capture your initial investment back in 6-8 events but this will depend on how much your charging for your photo booth rentals and the number of events you want to do.

Can your booths fit in a medium size SUV?

The Original Stacker EXTREME BOOTH top case with prop box can be transported in a medium size SUV, truck, or van.

The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH Mini 3.0 is 30% lighter and 30% smaller than our Original design and can be transported in a small hatchback car or 4 door sedan!

Both of our booth designs include a custom built in dolly system with wheels and handles that makes it very easy to move the booth cases between locations. No trailer, no big truck needed!

How long does it take to setup The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH?

Both the top case and prop box case have a built-in transport dolly system that makes it super easy to move the booth around.  Once you have rolled the photo booth into the venue it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to setup!  We’ve actually set it up in as little as 5 to 10 minutes but starting out you will want to allow yourself a little more time to familiarize yourself with the process.


What is the warranty on your booths?

If you purchase any of our Stacker EXTREME BOOTHS ™ either a full turn-key photo booth system or just the photo booth enclosure you will receive the following warranty:

  • One year manufacturer’s warranty on the printer, camera, strobe, and computer (all are shipped to you with all warranty paperwork enclosed.)
  • One year warranty on your physical photo booth case enclosure, table, marquee curtain enclosure.
    *This warranty does not cover any damage to the unit caused by shipping, misuse, mishandling, neglect, accidents, weather conditions of any kind, water, abrasion, solvents, acids, and/or normal wear and tear.  Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance, repairs, or adding other software to the photo booth computer void this warranty.

How do I pay for my order?

We have several different options available:

Do you offer Technical Support?

Absolutely! We are the only company that offers tech support 7 days a week 24 hours a day! We are here to assist you with your business and offer phone and direct connect technical support (if you have an internet connection we can log-in to your booth to fix the problem) at no additional cost for the first 3 months.  When you purchase our photo booth you will be given a tech support phone number, leave a detailed message and a technician will return your call within 15 minutes.

After 3 months tech support is still available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Central Time or after hours for a $25 per call fee.

What if I need replacement parts or supplies?

Our equipment is virtually trouble free and will require very little maintenance. All equipment and parts come with full manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer supplies including media, replacement parts, and additional photo booths at discounted rates.

What is your return policy?

We have never had a photo booth returned however, we do honor returns  due to a manufacture defect. Please know that if this was to occur we  will make every attempt to correct the problem either by shipping you a  new part that can be changed without any special tools, or we will pay  to have the photo booth returned to our studio for repairs or  replacement (at our discretion) and shipped back to you at our expense.

How easy is it to customize the screen and prints for each event?

Our booth software is one of the easiest and most user friendly programs that allow you to create custom screen layouts and print layouts through a “drag and drop” style interface.  There are numerous templates already included with your photo booth purchase however, you can create templates on your own or you can purchase additional template designs from our storefront.

Does your booth have green screen software?

Yes, our booth software offers one of the most powerful, yet user friendly green screen experiences.  You can create one green screen background or offer the guest multiple background options allowing the guests to easily toggle through different backgrounds and choose the one they would like.

Are you a franchise?

No we are not a franchise, your photo booth purchase is a one-time investment, you will pay no franchise fees, annual fees, or licensing fees.

Can your photo booth be purchased without some or all equipment?

You can purchase The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH ™  or the Stacker EXTREME BOOTH™ Mini as a turn-key booth with all the booth equipment you need to get started or with just outer shell cases only.  We have optional equipment upgrades available as well.

Does the software have video record option?

Yes, our booth software supports video recording.  You can easily set up your photo booth to capture still photos, video or both. Just use the built in microphone on the camera or plug in an external microphone (sold separately) and you have a video booth!

How much media does the photo booth use at a typical event?

There are several factors that determine the number of prints you will use per event.  The size and length of time of your event, the average length of time a user spends in the booth, and the number of prints you have set the software to generate per usage. Generally speaking, if there is a non-stop line, the photo booth can accommodate about 40-60 sessions per hour.

How much is the media?

Depending upon the printer you have purchased with The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH ™, the media (meaning ribbon and paper together) typically cost between .12 cents to .18 cents a print.  We use dye sublimation printers which employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer the dye from the ribbon onto the photo paper which produces a high quality print much better and quicker than ink jet.

Do I have to buy media from your company?

NO, WE ARE NOT A FRANCHISE you can purchase media (ink and paper) anywhere however, we can probably guarantee you the lowest price and will provide you with the contact information for our preferred vendor!

What is The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH ™

The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH ™ is a state of the art photo booth design that allows you to setup as either an open concept photo booth in front of any style backdrop or with the optional marquee curtain enclosure for a private photo booth experience.

What is the profit margin for a typical event?

That all depends on how much you charge and how many events you book. Profits can range from $300-1,000 on average, or more if you are in a high demand market.

Will I have any recurring cost after my initial purchase of the The Stacker EXTREME BOOTH ™?

We are not a franchise therefore, you will never pay any recurring franchise, licensing, or annual fees. We also do not require that you purchase your photo media with our company however, we will make sure you get the best media price in the industry.
